Jeanette has extensive experience in maximising business and operational performance in single site and multi-site operations.
During her career she has worked with a number of leading private and managed hotel operators including; Andrew Brownsword Hotels, Luxury Family Hotels, Crerar Hotels, Radisson Blu, Interstate Hotels, Macdonald Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton Hotel & Resorts, Millennium Copthorne Hotels, Best Western and Hastings Hotel Group.

From 2016 – Present
Jeanette established her own Spa and Leisure Consultancy business, working with a number of leading private and managed Hotel companies including; Andrew Brownsword Hotels, Luxury Family Hotels, Crerar Hotels, Radisson Blu, Interstate Hotels, Hilton Hotel & Resorts and Hastings Hotel Group.
From 2007- 2016
During this period she was the Spa, Leisure and Wellbeing Managing Director for Macdonald Hotels group, the largest privately owned hotel group in the UK. Here she was responsible for the operation and profitability of 24 spas, and 18 health clubs in the UK.
From 2005 – 2007
She held the position of Health & Fitness Director for Chardon Management, a leading hotel management contract company in the UK now part of Interstate Hotels and Resorts. During this time, she was responsible for the full re brand, operation and profitability of the groups leisure and spa division.
From 1990-2004
Jeanette worked for Spirit Health & Fitness, A subsidiary of Inter-Continental Hotels Group PLC, Spirit Health & Fitness (SHF) was one of the leading leisure management companies in UK. During this time, she progressed from a group operational role to a regional one before finally taking the helm as Head of Operations UK and Ireland, being accountable for the management and profitability of 49 health clubs and spas throughout UK and Ireland.
